Villiger 1888 Mid Day in my Iwan Ries bent churchwarden while reading Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter. Churchwardens are just the perfect pipes while reading.

Colonel, I can't wait to see that Nording Freehand.

From the 70's right?

Here's mine.

Stokkebye's Peaches and Cream in a Ben Wade Golden Walnut.
It has taken me awhile to learn how to smoke this particular aromatic, its really wet.
I dry it overnight and then pack it fairly loose in the bowl. It burns great that way and no goop.
This heavy sweet smoke is a great morning first pipe of the day. The peach casing is pretty strong, but coupled with an equally strong black tea it is nice.

At work now, but at the stroke of Midnight I was enjoying Gatlinburlier's Mellow Moonshine in my fiance's Peterson 80S. Did wonders with covering up the cigarette smoke of those around me.

Butterscotch Love from Just For Him in my Vauen 1/2 bent Rhodesian. Yet another from the box, this one (of many) donated by hobie1dog. Sweet, not very memorable.

The sampling continues. This time, it's Peterson's University Flake (again in the Vauen). Trying something outside my comfort zone. I've never found a blend with burley that I really liked. Rubbed it out... and I found myself tapping this out at about the 10 minute mark. Was strong, and a flavour that I don't enjoy. The room note is unpleasant to my nose. (One thing I will say for the Butterscotch Love: leave the room and come back, and it smells like someone's baking)
