The Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Commission shall promulgate rules establishing a big foot hunting season. The Commission shall set annual season dates and create any necessary specific hunting licenses and fees. This act shall become effective November 1, 2021.
Being a bit of a grammar freak, my question is, does size 13 count? my neighbour has big feet. Or maybe the bill stipulates that only people with big feet are allowed to hunt?
Perhaps what they really mean is that all hunting shall now be done with a very wide 12 inch ruler?
