Past few days I've been smoking McClelland Holiday Spirit 2011. It's very moist and needs to dry before smoking but it's one of those rare aromatics that tastes like it smells. Delicious! Last night (while cooking burgers out on the grill one last time before it gets put away for the winter) I had a MM cob of Dunhill's Nightcap.
On another note, we need to step up the smoking posts if we're gonna beat last month's 1513 posts! We have 185 left! I blame Lawrence for being absent the past few days.
