Ordered some tobacco from Sweden (yeah I snus too). It's taking longer to get here because the custom broker is having trouble figuring out the new forms. Or at least that's what they say. So you know expect delays and weird excuses on some of your orders. UPS is the company.

they update those things sometimes and if too much is changed and not explained then customs brokers are going to be confused.

If it makes you feel any better, and it may not, it is not just pipe related products that suffer from customs bureaucracy. For work, we had to hire a customs broker (no kidding ...) to get educational scientific booklets and brochures across the border on time for a professional meeting. So it is not just recreational tobacco. Official necessary health research related materials get diddled as well. But the brokers earned their keep and got the materials there on time.
