Yes. I take weeks or months off regularly, mostly when I'm just to busy to sit and enjoy a bowl.
No big deal. It will come around again.
I actually appreciate the unexpected down times as they ensure me that I'm not addicted to tobacco.
Also, I find that I enjoy my smokes more when there is extended time between them.

I think that's your body telling you it is using all its resources to heal from this other challenge. Smoking can restrict the capillaries, the smallest blood vessels, and inhibit healing of every kind. So your disinclination to smoke is a good thing. Give it some time. I've gone off tobacco for various heath situations, all for the best.
