Super Q are great pipes. I own one and it’s one of my favorites. Congrats on a terrific pipe!

I wiped it with some Ballistol but if I get time I’ll get on it with a soft bristled brush. I think there’s gonna be some nicer stuff under there. Here’s a before and after a 2 minute wipe down.
