Just pulled the trigger on this unsmoked 4206.
I'm usually not a fan of the Saddle stem but I find it really works great with the Straight Pot.

I hope the finish/grain is fine. The photos you posted from the seller are so underexposed I can't even guess from those.

Perhaps post some of your own when you've fired her up!

Yes, despite the fact that the merchant's photos are not great (and I reduced their size) both look to be fine.
Indeed, that would be a good idea.

Appears to be on the smaller end of Group 4s.

The photos you posted from the seller are so underexposed I can't even guess from those.

I tried cleaning them up but man the originals were unrevealing.

Wow, the last four pictures are tremendous! The pipe looks really great.
