Well, I’m no JimInks, so not a super taster. That said, this was a pleasant aromatic. The pouch note is very tasty, made me want to eat it. The room note passes the wife test with flying colors. She proclaimed it one of the best I have. It came moist so I gave it 30 mins of dry time. I used the three pinch pack method. I used a cob. It took 3 char lights and tamps to get going and a couple relights before I was good to go. The rum flavor was undetectable to me, but the maple was noticeable upon slow smoking. It was not overpowering but subtle and sweet throughout the bowl. No bites, no bitterness, burned down to the stem without gurgle. Very little dottles left. It’s a really good mellow aro. If one were so inclined you could smoke it all day.
