Good review, I just got my first tin & was also, to my limited experience with tinned tobacco, the, or one of the best I ever smoked. Will always have some here from now on. Good job.

Be sure to dry it. I finished off my free tin long ago, and have laid back two more against 'hard times'. I haven't been able to find MD in bulk, but there are so many other great tobaccos out there. Luckily, I have permission from The Wife to maintain a small cellar, so I hope to do more reviews.

MD is very tasty and my wife actually enjoys the room note! I find that if you want mellow out the sweetness you can mix it with ae Butternut Burley. It's deliscious.

Sounds like a great aromatic to add to the arsenal. Thanks for the heads up as I ma always seeking fresh and sweet aro's but light on the casings and coatings.

Upon opening the tin MD hit me like CB on steroids and was so wet I almost bet you could wring half a glass of liquid out of it. The sealed tin I received was only half full of product at best; and no wonder since it is packed and sold by weight. Half the weight is made up of sopping wet product.

I felt a little slighted on quantity and quality of this blend and won't be buying any more.

My favorite aro by far. Bought a tin by randomly picking it out of the group of Sutliff tobaccos and ended up being a real winner. Only one bowl left though :crying:
