I finally found an estate Neptune. Picked it up from our friends at SmokingPipes. It is a sandblasted stubby dublin. I was a bit dubious about the small size but the bowl itself is generous - maybe a size 4? Opinions are welcome on the bowl size.
I've been anxious to try one of the pipes from the Todd Johnson team and I have to say the smoking quality measures up to the hype. And I love the sandblast. I'll likely pick up others in the estate market when I can find one. BTW, there might be one or two left in SP inventory.

I'm quite pleased with my Icarus straight apple, also from briarworks. It's a bit small but the chamber is generous enough. Spectacular blast and finish however. The bowl coating was kind of powdery/chalky and I failed to swab it out before sucking it through the pipe. I still think I can taste it a bit after half-a-dozen bowls.

I'm glad people actually buy from Briarworks! I was beginning to wonder if everyone just holds out for their weekly Instagram giveaways but never actually supports (though I am currently guilty of such).
