Congrats! Nice meer. I agree with your observations monty about the smoke. I'm not in a hurry to get rid of my briars and they do smoke well it just seems to me that every single smoke from my meerschaum is perfect. Not always the case with even my best briar pipes. I hope your new meer becomes an old friend providing many years of enjoyment.

While this is an old thread thought better to post here than opening a new one.

Need some advice on Baki pipes. Does it accept the 9mm Dr Perl filters? Or could I have it customized so? I noticed the altinok meerschaum site has pipes listed with a 9mm filter option.
