The carver is Mustafa Dulger from Turkey. I don't know anything about him but he did an exceptional job. There is quite a lot of detail to this pipe. I am so pleased with this pipe. He could've charged much more but instead I got a discount. I see a lot of pipes of this level go for 2x-3x more than what I paid.
Using my palm for size reference, the case is massive:
