Just as I was walking to the door (for the 10th time this morning) to see if my delivery had arrived yet, the USPS truck pulled up. Great timing! It had my supply for Molto Dolce, without which I cannot live, and my new acquisition, a Nording Jack--a Dublin rusticated horn. Always wanted one. I thought it was small at first, then compared the bowl to other pipes, and realized it wasn't that small after all, just an illusion of size because of the horn. But here it is, another masterpiece by the grand master, Nording.

That is a great looking pipe. Yet another one to add to my list.

I've been looking for the right horn for awhile before this one came along, and I just had to pull the trigger, as one of our friends says. I don't think pipe makers are taking proper advantage of the possibilities of the horn shape.

Good looking pipe. I have a Jack horn that was gifted to me by another member here. The chamber is really deep. Smokes like a champ. Enjoy!

I thought this looked like a Viking's pipe as well; now all I need is a broadsword. I've had time to smoke this; with the deep chamber, it smokes great despite the appearance of a small size. This is going to be a good pipe for traveling, too.

Are you referring to travelling to, pillaging and destroying foreign lands in your longboat? If so, forget not your trusty shield and helmet, sparrow.

I can't believe how well this pipe smokes: I must attribute it to the fact that it's a Dublin. My only other Dublin is a great smoker as well. I'm gonna start looking out for Dublins in the future.

I talked to SP this morning about the pipe, thinking I might get another later (I will occasionally get a duplicate of a pipe I like a lot) and they at SP said this was a new pipe, that they probably will get more down the pipe later. So this wonderful Nording will be available to all you wannabe Vikings, like me. Excuse me, I'm gonna go off my longship to invade Detroit....well, that may not be a good idea...St. Clair Shores sounds like a more prudent place to invade...

Yes please do stick to St. Clair, as i do believe it is a tad safer place to plunder.
Very nice pipe BTW.

Good looking pipe!
You described it as a Dublin Horn - now I'm confused again! I thought I'd finally figured out the Dublin - Zulu thing and now this!
