That (SP 2011?) looks hand cut and not stamped, so it’s unlikely a carver who necessarily does any high volume (that said, Boswell pipes might be hand signed as opposed to stamped, and he’s prolific); the shaping looks kind of crude and amorphous (no graceful lines and transitions), so it could just be a hobbyist who signed it with his (or her) initials and date. These are just my subjective observations, though. All that matters is you dig it and that it smokes well.
