Well folks, I am the proud owner of "The Tide" It was made By Adam for me with special conditions. 1st off it had to be large. my hands are big but also have arthritis hince the size. Also had to have a big deep bowl it does. 3rdly the stem had to have very little lip. Because I have Dental conditions. With All of that said I am smoking it as I type an can hold it in my lips with out hands.

I christened The Tide with year 2000 Pembroke. I have filled the bowl 3/4 ways full an fired it up. Its been over 1/2 hour now an its still going. I tried to let it burn very low by sitting it down an wanted to see if it would reignite it did . Shes perfect. Thanks Adam! We'll see how the colors change .

That's quite a creation, a real eye-catcher with that distinctive shape. It's a lot of briar to the actual bowl, but no one can say it lacks interest. The stem, band and stain are highly imaginative. A brown-out from smoking might diminish some of its striking appearance, but then again, it could deepen its look in a good way. You really demonstrate command of the medium and have interesting "things to say." It's exciting to watch this develop.

Very, very cool. "Volcandesian?" As a LSU alum I would have trouble with tide or wave.

Another great example of a pipe that doesn't fit my particular aesthetic, but which I appreciate VERY much for the wonderful execution of a great creative mind.
Good on you.

As a LSU alum I would have trouble with tide or wave.
I am impressed that it is also light in weight, clickklick. Again, great job.

While not at all my style, that had to have taken some hard work, and it certainly took imagination. I love seeing unusual pipes, and this one is very, very neat.
