Have you tried CAO Eileen’s Dream?
I've heard it, I'll give it a try, thanks.
In the SPC aromatic search excluding Burley's, CAO's Eileen's Dream, Bella Vanilla, Moontrance, and Cherrybomb come up. Each tin is about $10 at P&C and may get you where you need to go.

I've heard Cherrybomb is similar to BRM.

Happy hunting.

OP, have you tried putting tonka beans in a tin of something you already smoke?

Hi all, looking for some good tobaccos with the aforementioned toppings. For a little guidance, I am specifically looking:

1. Tobaccos that have those ingredients or flavors very similar to them.
2. I want the tobacco flavor to still be present and accounted for. A "light" aromatic instead of a goopy one.
3. I've tried a few tobaccos with these flavors before, namely SWR and G&H Dark Flake. I enjoyed both.
4. Finally, I heard that so-called lakeland blends have similar profiles to what I'm mentioning, but that they ghost pipes very harshly. Given my unfamiliarity to that particular family of blends and my unwillingness to devote a briar or two to them at this time, I would like to avoid suggestions for those particular blends.

I appreciate any help you all can give. Much obliged!

Have you tried War Horse Bar? I didn't care for it, personally, but I recall tasting anise.

You mentioned Molto Dolce, I'm looking for a replacement for that one that has no Burley. Any alternative you've smoked I'd appreciate. I miss that one.

Just For Him, a tobacconist out in Springfield, MO, that you can order from, offers a vanilla cavendish with a hint of latakia and a hint of bourbon, called "Whiskey Biscuit Gravy," that to my taste is head and shoulders above anything else similar.

If you're familiar with Boswell's Northwoods, WBG would be like scaling the latakia on that way back to barely detectable, and upping the vanilla significantly.

It's not a match for Molto Dolce, but it may scratch an itch.

I’m not a fan of anise—and I only very occasionally smoke an aromatic—but I have to tell you that I have enjoyed Sutliff’s Great Outdoors, which was supposedly meant to match Field & Stream. Anise is the dominant flavor, and it’s a highly enjoyable smoke.

Just be aware that it will seriously ghost a pipe.

Anything with anise or tonquin bean is going to remind you that they've been smoked in a pipe a bit worse than deertongue.
That honestly surprises me. What few blends I did smoke with those ingredients didn't ghost my pipe too badly. I had more issues with the deertongue in my (very limited) experience. Either way, I'll bear it in mind when I load up a pipe.

If you enjoyed SWR, you may like Granger as well - it also has an anisette flavor. I prefer it to SWR.
As far as Lakelands, I'd recommend just going all in, as tonquin is a flavoring used in quite a few of them Grab a new cob or two and give Brown Flake Aromatic, Coniston, Sam's Flake, and Kendal Flake a try.
I'll be sure to try those lakelands you mentioned one day soon! As for Granger, it is one of those few codger blends I haven't gotten around to trying. It seems to be sold out or only available in big tubs when I go baccy shopping. But I will definitely keep an eye out!
