I have a 1935 Hallmarked Loewe with a Made in England in a Circle

I found an un Hallmarked Loewe with the same COM, so I’m curious what the date range of that COM is

I’ve always wondered why they chose the encircled England COM when it feels so un Loewe. Like I get it. Their right shank stamping would have been too much of a pain to add an extra line just for export, but I always thought that’s where it would have gone.

Just musing, but do you think the Loewe I posted Here and also the one referenced on the pipedia page is also using “Haymarket” as a COM instead of series?
Here’s my 1912 Birmingham. I was D0CE9137-CC1B-46B7-8E25-D9406B6318F8.jpeg74DAD4CB-BC50-4DCC-8A2D-CE141E7E1035.pngable to find it in the 1910 Loewe catalog. On your pipe Haymarket refers to series. Same as mine.

Oh I understand your response now. The pipe I was referring to is a Birmingham (shape marked on bottom of shank) but also has Haymarket written under L&Co in the space where the series name would eventually be located. Reason for my musing was because the 1921 I posted above had the COM mark England in this space.
