I remember watching it in a theater when it came out. Liked it.

Tried to watch it on Hulu (or maybe Amazon) a year or so ago. Felt like a slog and I gave up halfway through. Too Eurostyle pretentious and meandery-pointless.

Go figure. You'd THINK it would be the other way around. Kid taste = action; codger taste = contemplation.

Oh well.

That’s funny. I loved it when it came out.

I rewatched it about a year ago and you’re right, it was almost unwatchable after the first 30 minutes.

It is weird how it works.

I preferred “Tell Them Willie Boy Is Here” - but both are good. Though “Electroglide” seems like several other cop movies to me.

He was an interesting character for sure. I enjoyed him most in the movie In Cold Blood. RIP Robert
