I'm becoming more and more aware that I need some type of setup to buff my pipes during the restoration process. I'd love to see other's setup and hear ideas for a budget setup.

I'll have to remember to get a pick of mine. you will laugh. Its literally a corded drill on its side mounted on a board in a sort of lathe configuration. The buffing wheels are on arbors I chuck in the drill

Could well be I found it in the alley behind my house! No joke!
It had grinding wheels on it but it’s low RPM.

If it's only a hobby, this shoe polisher on EBay, cheap and it works, you can also do it in your pipe room. Works for me.

Hmmm... I actually have one of those, but I use it for my shoes.

I get them at Harbor Freight. Get the loose ones not the sewn like the one sitting up top.
