It's a stipulation MasterCard imposes on them.

I've received countless parcels of tobacco to the USA from the UK without trouble in the slightest.

As others have said.....put something like hobby supplies and you won't have issues. I used to get regular shipments of St Bruno from a friend in England.
Ive sent many packages to Canada over the years. I just put hobby supplies, never had one stopped.

Well since its LEGAL and merely requires PROPER paperwork on the UK or EU senders end... why are the main stores found in online searches refusing to ship tobacco to the united states?

There be a lot of product id like to try at least once in my life, particularly Condor and Revor.
