Lee von Erck Pipes

As stated in another thread, I am taking some photos of my pipes for insurance purposes and thought I would share a couple of them.

Here is a photo of 3 Lee von Erck pipes . From Left to Right:

One of my favorite Carvers. I have 6 or 7 of his pipes, including two that he carved combining his signature blasts with a spiral shank. I only recently found out that Lee only made a couple of these (I was informed that these were the only two but I've seen one more) because it was so much work. Great smokers.

Lee’s a longtime friend and even though those older pieces don’t bring the big money those are what I think of when I picture a von Erck Classic! That pipe on the left is like one of my LvE workhorses that live in “The Action PAC” and has crossed the country several times and has been to at dozens of pipe shows over the years.

That one on the left my kids call the sack o shit pipe LOL! I LOVE that pipe! It smokes so well but it's big..

Really like his style.
Organic, rustic pipes that are absolutely original.
I especially like his blasts.

Great carver and a nice guy. Own 2 of his pipes. But damn they are huge.

I was never a fan of his shaping but I can appreciate the work he puts into his pipes.
