He's in Ukraine, which is a plus to me, since I like being able to support Ukrainian craftsmen given what's going on over there at the moment. I just got mine in yesterday and it's great. $60 shipped, with a name embossed. Can't beat it, and it arrived in only two weeks. Now I just need to dig out my old pipe Zippo.
