Does anyone have any experience with these pipes? Looks like it might be neat to try, if for nothing else it is something different. If you have smoked one please with reply with your opinion on the experience, and if you liked the pipe.

My experience is with Falcons, and I'm awaiting the delivery of a Viking.

But I'd love to have a Kirsten as well, and I agree they look neat.

I believe that there are Kirsten threads on this forum, as there are in other forums. Just Google 'Kirsten pipe reviews' and you'll find plenty. :puffy:

I have one and I love it. It's a good smoker, and it's really easy to clean. If you get several bowls you could dedicate each one to a different blend and just use the same stem.

The trick in getting them is finding them, since, as is well known, they haven't been produced for a long time. They occasionally pop up on Ebay and Etsy, but they're almost always expensive and not always in great condition.

And then, of course, there's the problem of being sniped in the auctions. :crying:

I just picked up one on ebay for $45. It looks older, but the description claimed no bite marks. Straight with a medium bowl.
