Ken Byron Ventures, got it. What do you think about designating a pipe for this? I'm notoriously not fussy, so it might not matter to me, but I mean for discerning pipe smokers. A little cherry blossom with my Old Joe Krantz or Two Timer might be pretty good.
The flavoring is noticable, but very mild and natural. Maybe add a bit of either to it as to not overpower it, but as a Virginia/Oriental, you get much tobacco flavor without adding anything to it.

I've been waiting to catch the Byronic Slices! @alaskanpiper and you guys that are catching the slices, ya'll been refreshing the page every half hour or what?! haha

So far I've tried the Dark-Fired Cherry and Verge Engine Overdrive, and was impressed with both!

@chilllucky It was funny after I smoked my first bowl of VEO a couple of weeks ago I went on a hunt through the all pipe podcasts to see if there had been an interview yet! Looking forward to when they do show up on one.
I check the site a few times a day and it took me until like the fourth drop to get some and it was the last bag. I wouldn’t have even got any livewire if it wasn’t for another forum member looking out like a pro. People are devouring these blends like piranhas on a severed limb.

I’m sure they’d be ok for a month. I’d jar them asap tho.

Be careful when you say you’d jar them ASAP, you might end up with an invitation to do so.

I’m seriously contemplating a bourbon/grilled meat/tobacco packaging party when I get home because things are getting out of hand.

I’m gonna have to pick up a pile of Mason jars when I get home.

And yes, you will need cases and cases of them.

we’re all invited right?! ? But seriously when does the pipe community get our stock pay out from Ball? If we’re not 50% of mason jar sales I’d be surprised.

That was my strategy too! If you check at 9 and 3 I’ll check at 10 and 4 that seems fair! ?

Barring pinholes in the creases. I've seen that in Esoterica bags.
Those look like they are 4 layers with a vapor barrier in the middle. Since they are right from the factory, they haven't been handled a ton so they should be fine.

I have put those size bags in a snap top container to be safe.
