So I placed an order for some KBV blends earlier this month and the USPS bot tracked it as far as 50 miles from its origin and then started posting "It's going to be late but it's still on its way" We all know that's USPS for "it's lost".
I would like to replace the order but I see no way on the KBV website to be able to contact them.
Does anyone have an email address for Ken or anyone at KBVen.com? I used to have Ken's but neglected to save it before deleting the email.
