Honestly, that looks pretty clean. Just needs some TLC.
You could try yourself, it's not that difficult.
Give it a try, if I can do it likely most can, haha. Had some good input from members here on the stem restoration that I thought was totally hopeless, but decided not to send it away and made it a project. Learned some stuff in the process. And yes, it's the same stem. Differences in camera angle, plus crappy parts also making it look shorter suggest it may not be the same but that's it!
