EDIT: Fixed Capitalization in Title (See Rule 9)

Here is a Joseph Phillips estate pipe that I got in and gave a little bit of TLC to. Mainly the stem got cleaned both inside and out. The layer of carbon around had to be removed, and then the rim got a mild sanding. The rest of the body also got a mild sanding with micro-mesh sanders and then both the stummel and stem got a little buffing wheel time. After a very light buffing with some wax, this is the finished product.

That’s a nice job. I don’t know Joseph Phillips. Looks all kind of Tracy Mincer Custombuilt.
It does have that classic Custombilt look to it. I posted in another forum asking if anyone has any info on Joseph Phillips pipes.
