Do the larger Metro areas of Arizona have very much in the way of killer critters? Been through where you live on my way from Phoenix to Tucson. Loved it there and wouldn't mind retiring in your general area.
Living a few blocks from the ocean, I do a bit of swimming out here and have had many jelly fish encounters. I hear that a scorpion sting is on par to one from a Jelly Fish. Hurts like hell but can't kill you.

Yes, sjalvklart! Several times....In fact, I want to go back now as I enjoy some very nice restaurants there - Unfortunately, no luck, yet.
