Other decent ones are:

Ones I didn't like that much:

Dark Star, Astley's 109 come to mind. Add a bit of variety with some Perique and your choices will quadruple.

There's a couple with perique I really like too but I was just limiting this list to straight Va.
I've tried Dark Star also. Hate it. Absolutely hate it.

I'm not a big fan of the Golden Va's all that much (Capstan, OGS, Klondike, etc)
However, I recently tried Reiner's Long Golden Flake and was quite impressed.

I smoke Escudo. Used to smoke Dunhill Navy Rolls which I believe are identical but more expensive except when it's on sale. Never tried a straight Va, seems like it'd be on the one-note side.

The top 3 I have listed are pretty complex.
Also, I've tried both Escudo and DNR back-to-back. They tasted quite different to me.

Agreed. Whatever happened to all the hype about this tobacco a couple years ago? People were making runs on it and posting like it was Penzance/stonehaven. There might have even been the dreaded "in-stock" alert threads over it, if I remember correctly.

The Wessex BCDF run is over for now. I've seen it on sites where the dreaded "Out of Stock" is no longer synonymous with BCDF.
