Il Ceppo Contact Information?

I’m thinking of buying a 4 seasons pipe on eBay. It appears to be missing the top part which is either briar or meerschaum. It’s a ring that goes around the briar, like a donut.

id love to contact them to see if I can buy just that part. Anyone have any luck with them?
