Identification help

My great-uncle was an avid pipe smoker. He passed away a number of years ago and I’ve inherited some of his things, including this ornate looking pipe. Looks like it says RBC on the case. Can anyone please help me identify it (ie. approximate age, what it’s made of, where it’s from, possible value?) Thanks in advance for any info!

It is a meerschaum pipe, much like this one:




Is there noticeable damage inside the basket that your woman is holding?
It appears to be empty.

It’s a cheroot holder, rather than a pipe, as such.
Hence the small “bowl”

This is a Meerschaum Cheroot pipe, probably made by Reiss Brothers Co., likely from the early 20th Century.
