That did catch my eye but as lovely as it is I felt the angles did not make for a fit with me, I've become overly picky now and it will need to be a perfect fit for me to pull the trigger unless it's on the very short list or the bucket list, a fantastic carver nonetheless.

He makes some jaw dropping pipes. Anytime I see that Smokingpipes has any new ones by him I always make a point to check them out. I'll buy one eventually

I rarely see a pipe with bamboo that I like, but wow! That is a gorgeous piece of work

Pipes like that hold no interest for me. It looks like something he did so it would not look like a pipe. To my eye it is not a work of art but a pretentious piece to get some sucker to buy it. Call me boring but I like the classics and would never buy that pipe even if it sold for a 150.00 bucks.
