I just finished Bill Bryson's The Road to Little Dribbling. Hilarious!! Bryson holds no punches, and his humorous outlook on British verses American ideals as an immigrant to England left my sides hurting from laughing. And, for the record, he is just as critical of his American homeland.

I live 18 miles away from Boring and occasionally ride my bicycle there for exercise. The public facilities at the end of the bike path there are very nice!

Wonderful book. It was his followup to "Notes from a small island" about his solo tour of England just before he moved back to America. That book is funny, warm and well worth reading.
