I've been smoking pipes for a little bit over 6 months now, however, I've been smoking cigars ever since a trip to the Caribbean back in 2018, where I was introduced to them. I switched to pipe tobacco because of the depth of flavor that I found, and also because of the price point (though ironically, I've spent more on pipes and tobacco than cigars).

My favorite blends are Planta Presbyterian, C&D Opening Night, and Boswell's Piper's Pleasure when I want an aromatic.

I have recently quit my job and am now pursuing self-employment, using pipes as a tool of thought, stress-deescalation and meditation.

mind if I ask what kind of employment are you hiring yourself for?
Also I have to say I Agree strongly about the price point factor. Especially when you consider it's easier to spend a few bucks on lots pleasure then drop more for less.

Just like investing in a new business there are startup costs associated with pipe smoking, however, over time the costs even out and you’ll save money plus have a collection of pipes that you’ll enjoy for a lifetime.
Best of luck on your new business, there is no greater work related thrill than being on your own and working without a net.
Hello and welcome from Seattle Washington.

Welcome from central North Carolina, new home of the monsoons. I've been to Toledo and Cleveland and its suburbs in childhood, and two trips to Cincinnati on business a good while ago.
