I haven't found anything that's worth the trouble. Standard lighter fluid can be used as a solvent to help remove the glue to help peel off the sticker but it's a hell of a mess.
It might be possible to soak the lids in hot water until the label more or less floats off. It works on some types of stickers depending on the adhesive. Not sure how well it works on tobacco tins.

if you’re not looking to save them then peel and soak in water. Goo Gone will get all that residual glue off.
