How To Add Friends?

I've recieved quite a few friend requests (and accepted them all), but I can't figure out how to add and send friend requests to other members myself. Might anyone be able to help with some directions?

If you go to the Members section...click on the button across the top bar....you can access the Members Directory. Each persons name will have the Send Request button on the RH side
