@peteguy - the ones pictured are from Bey-Berk International, but many other varieties and makers can easily be found on the interwebs. I use the folding one to travel and the orange one at home, and I wouldn't trade them for the world! It's my favorite gift of the bunch.

Yeah that is an interesting idea. I'm also looking at a small cutting board for my cellar room for slicing plugs.
