Help with Identifying "SELBY" Pipe

Hello,
Can anyone help with some info on this pipe? It is stamped "SELBY" on the shank. There is no other marks or stamping. It looks like to be a Custombilt clone. I have checked the usual go to sites, Pipedia, Pipephil, Reborn Pipes and had no luck. Maybe one of the pipe gurus might have some insight that is not posted anywhere. Thank you and Stay Smoky!

That the “Selby” is in quotations leads me to believe it’s more likely a model or shape name than a brand name.
