Help with a Savinelli

My wife got me a pipe for my 20th birthday about 23 years ago, its my favorite and I rarely smoke it , all it says on the side is anniversario , its got gold stripes on the stem about 5mm long . I have never seen another like it.

is it rare ? or just rare now that its 23 years old?

"It's my favorite and I rarely smoke it." You like it because your wife gave it to you for your twentieth birthday, but you don't actually like to smoke it much? Sorry, it's just a contradictory statement and I'm interested in what it might mean. Rather than go away puzzled, I thought I'd ask.

I don't smoke it much because its my favorite , I have 14 in my rotation , its with my fancy pipes that I only smoke at special occasions
