Help ID Logo - Cap/Hat?

I saw this pipe the other day and it is bugging me that I can’t find anything about it. I swear I have seen this stem logo before but can’t place it. Clyde deluxe returns no results either.

No nothing I can see. It’s an online listing too which makes it harder. Here’s a pic of the full pipe if the shape of it helps identifying a house but it seems pretty generic. My best guess would be post merger Orlik, but then why have the funny stamping?

No, unfortunately it just states the manufacturer and country of origin, in this case the U.S..
