Just where in Texas are you? I realize that people from Texas think that all they have to do is say, "I'm from Texas." and everyone will know exactly where they are from. However it is 858 miles from Orange to El Paso and it is only 829 miles from Perryton to Brownsville. There's a few climate areas in Texas that you could be living in.
