I've been lurking and searching the board for a while and I figured I'd finally make a thread. I picked up a pipe over the winter to try when smoking a cigar for an hour or more outside got unbearable and have since come to like it as much or more than cigars. I now have a ventilated basement so the weather is a non-issue. I'm looking forward to learning more and asking a few questions. I've got a few Vauens and a Rattray pipe. I'm a bit frustrated with Vauen at the moment but that's for another thread.
