Hard Wood Pipes

After looking over Mr. Brog's pipes I found a cherry wood warden. How does cherry compare to pear wood?

I do have a cherry wood pipe but its not a brog and rather thick bowl walls but it smokes good rather enjoy it

Looks like a nice one mate. Before you decide though, have a look at the #16

Thanks folks. What's the difference with the numbers? I viewed a Bent Albert #15 but can't see a difference between that and the 16.
