I’m looking forward to some Halloween tobaccos, I’m hoping for some warped scarecrow or the haunting. Anyone hear any mention if we might be getting some of them this year? Thanks. Chris

That reminds me I need to call Straus and see if I can get me some Sleepy Hollow to try.

At the moment I have some Cornell & Diehl Autumn Evening and Haunted Bookshop and Sutliff Pumpkin Spice jarred up and ready, and need to order me some Wilke Vermont Maple.

I got my two 5 oz bags of Sleepy Hollow yesterday from Strauss. I jarred 8 oz and left 2 oz to smoke now. What a smooth and flavorful tobacco. And, the smoke plume is incredible.

I just saw this thread and was coming to say I am crossing my fingers for Maple Shadows to come back, since I hadn't seen anything about it posted by the SP or Laudisi Facebook pages and haven't seen it in an e-mail newsletter.

Ordering at least two 8 oz tins this time. Hopefully it's the same as last year.

Well, I bought 4 cans of Maple Shadows, would have bought the full 5 and gotten the discount to save a little, but I don't even have the space for one of those 8oz cans, let alone 5. Not sure where I'm going to stick them all...

I really like both! Cowboy Coffee reminds me of a weaker Gawith 1792, while Maple Shadows (at least the first iteration) has a nice maple/smoky flavor.
