H.I.s. Pipes

Has anyone ever used or had an h.I.s. Pipe?? This guy is fantastic I bought it from Buttheads tobacco emporium I highly suggest you buy one if you can find one

The first B&M I went in to had H.I.S as their basket brand. They are decent little smokers for the price. I'd recommend one to anyone interested.

I have an HIS Dublin churchwarden that was a Christmas gift from my son many years ago. I only smoke straight Virginia blends in this pipe. It's actually one of my best smoking pipes.

I think they're made by Gardesana in Italy. Mine were bargains and smoke well.

That's exactly what they are. Good basket pipes, all three of mine smoke just fine. They just lack some of the refinement.

I've never had a H.I.S. but I have always appreciated a good smoking pipe at a modest price, in their many permutations. Some of mine include Kaywoodie, Ropp, a selection of MM cobs and two hardwoods, and Dr. Grabow.

I have some up-market pipes I treasure for their artisanal glow, but some lower priced pipes give as good a smoke as any.
