That coughing problem is most likely from the dark-fired Kentucky. It can do that with some people because it can cause a little "catch" in the throat. It usually goes away after a little while.

I find BH and BM to both be fantastic blends. I also have to say I think Magnum Opus is amazing. Quite possibly better than the other 2.
As for orientals I definitely find them to be sweet. Particularly Yenidje which I understand is in BH based on a conversation I had previously with Russ. So that would explain the sweetness in BH.
