Granger on Sale

P&C has Granger on sale for $30 a tub:
Granger Pipe Tobacco - Pipes and Cigars

through May 21.

I know alot of you guys like it, though I've never had it. Is it a chocolate or molasses flavor?

Granger is hit or miss for me. Mostly I can’t taste really anything. Sometimes i will get a sweet bready taste. I don’t smoke it often. I do like it.

How sweet is it? Compared to say Sutliff Match Edgeworth or Lane Ready Rubbed?

I haven't had the Match Edgeworth. Ready Rubbed I think is slightly more 'flavored' I think, for lack of a better word, but necessarily sweeter. If puffed very slowly, I think Granger is a tad sweeter. I haven't had Ready Rubbed in a long time though, so just trying to go by memory.
