After much thought, i have decided that i will probable buy a Meerschaum pipe, even though i prefer wooden pipes over meerschaum, (visually) i dont have the money to go buy a lot of pipes and dedicate pipes to different types of tobacco, to reduce ghosting. And they seem like they would be a lot easier to keep clean, and care for.
my price range is $90

SMS makes some very nice meers. I happen to have one myself...

I should note that this pipe was 110, but I think you could find equivalent pipes online for less, because things tend to be less online. Just be make sure you choose a reputable dealer, you don't want to end up with pressed shavings instead of a real block pipe!

THIS link is full of useful info.

However, I know that CAO also makes very nice meerschaums. I almost purchased one from my local B&M, but ended up with the SMS above. And I'm extremely happy with it.

Good luck!

What is the general consensus on pipes like this one? Are they cheapo's to be over looked or do they have potential?
