Good evening , I do love to restore , vintage pipe ...writing from Italy

Thoose are 2 of my last repair jobs .

My motto is I do restore as it is .... no replacement ..and my new philosofy is ... i stop looking to make a vintage pipe as new ...

I agree. I like a little age to show on a vintage pipe. That's part of its character. I don't understand why people would want a forty year old pipe to look new.
