Another GBD 9456, their small saddle-stem bent billiard shape. I've not yet had a New Era grade in this shape. There's always something a little special about New Era pipes. This one is not stamped Hand Cut on the stem, but with the bullet tennon and button, I believe it is. (according to Pipedia, not all Hand Cut stems were stamped as such).

Very nice! I really like these old British pipes and plan to add some to my collection. I posted a Mountbatten (Charatan apprentice) bent billiard in the "best estate pipe finds" thread the other day, and its my favorite latakia blend pipe... my second favorite is an Iwan Ries Savinelli "Black Knight" straight apple which I bought from your reborn pipes store a couple years ago:

I would like to try my hand at this sometime, as I have a couple pipes that could use some very light cleanup / restoration.
